How to order the documents before mailing to IRCC

1- Can someone post a link either from the guide or from the forum to how we should put together the forms and attachments in the envelope when we send them? I believe the checklist is on top. Maybe follow the checklist listing of documents?

2- I believe I read somewhere about putting bar code page(s) on top,, can anyone confirm or comment please? or should we just follow the order of the pages after the validation (bar codes generated at the bottom).

Here is for example what I found in one of the online guides here:

"After being validated, the IMM 1344 and IMM 0008 will create barcode pages (see image below). When you’re preparing your application, place these barcode pages right underneath your checklist."

When I sent in my application in (inland spousal sponsorship), I put all barcode pages on top, then the checklist, then every form in the order they appear in the guide. Whether you put the checklist first and the barcode pages underneath, or barcode pages on the very top, it doesn't matter. It won't get sent back for that.

I'd just ensure that the application is order, every form and document requested is enclosed, and it also doesn't hurt to include a cover sheet typed up in Word, to act act as checklist for your various proofs that are required to be sent with the application. This will aide the immigration officer when they are assessing your application, keeping everything neat and organized.

That's good. Whenever you have a chance to add further information and details, I think it's good practice to do so. If your application is 100% straight forward and simple, then of course, that could be overkill. However, if anything needs a little further explaining, or clarification, etc, I think it's right to add additional pages.

I'd rather have an immigration officer think I'm being over the top in my explanations, than have them unsatisfied with something and have to delay processing to seek further clarification.
