how to order notes

pls guide me how can my husband order notes from cannada

I dont have the link on me but if you search for gcsm notes on the cic website it pops up.
just click on it and follow the isntructions make sure you choose electronic or physical file which ever u require ( i heard electronic is better) and fill it out . If your requesting on behalf of your spouse youl have to get a consent form also and attach it.

Please look at this link below, if possible you should use the online request - therefore everything is done online and you only have to press submit when its done

If you do want to mail it, the instructions are also on the above link as to where to send it

If you do it online, you will get an automated email response to say they have received your request

The notes take 30 days to arrive and will be sent to you email

just make sure one thing ...fill the consent form clearly. ..sponsor and applicant's details. ..
