How to Order FBI - PCC from India

Can some one please explain me all the neccessary steps and procedure to order FBI PCC from INDIA

I was going through this link and it is bit confusing

1 : How do we pay $18 fee ?
2 : Do we need to attach a self attested return envelope ?
3 : How to send them the Finger prints ?
4 : Do we need to provide a Social Security Number ? as I dont have one ?

1.) International Credit Card or International Money Order. There is a form on the website to authorize the credit card. You need to fill it, sign it and send it with your application.

2.) No. FBI will send the report through USPS First Class Mail only. They will use their own envelop.

3.) Download the fingerprint card from FBI website, get your fingerprints and send it with the application form, credit card form or money order. Use a reliable courier service with tracking number for peace of your mind.

4.) No need of SSN if you do not have one.

I am worried about the finger prints part. What if I do not take them correctly ?

Are there any agencies in India that take the right finger prints for us ?

and how did you manage with your finger prints ?

Take 2 or 3 sets of fingerprints just in case. I sent them 2 sets. You can go to your local police station or forensic lab for fingerprints. This is a cheaper option. There are a few private agencies in metro cities which will take fingerprints for you. But they are quite expensive in my opinion.

I don't live in a metro city and had trouble getting the fingerprints. I called one of the agency and they asked me to travel to Delhi or Mumbai and get it done for 4k INR. They also gave me an option for home visit which would have cost me 16k INR.

I went to the office of Superintendent of Police in my city and they forwarded my request to the local police station and I got my fingerprints done for free. All this without much hassle.
