How to order ATIP

How do we order ATIP?
Does it give additional information other than CIC agents tell us when we call?
Is it online and how long does it take to get an answer?
Will it slow down the process or help to make it faster?

As you go along the steps and selection, select Access to Information Act, Case Files.
It would take a month from the day you submitted your request.
From my experience, it shows some info that the Call center did not have accurate answer on my query.
