You're good with the degree certificate as language proof. T4???? Don't get yourself stressed out just because other people are suggesting to send one. It's not required. Good luck.
Just check the ones missing or which were required/stated on the CIC enclosed letter. Then mail it back. Make it easier on your part. Follow the instruction on that letter. I think you need to attach that CIC letter upon mailing it back.
Isn't there a checklist form that comes with every application? It serves as a separator from every applicant. And while they have sent it back, CIC already have stamped and organized the application for you. Just follow what was told on the letter from CIC and mail it back. There's not a lot of...
It is normal for them to shorten some info., mostly names of person due to insufficient spacing. My birthplace also was shortened in my COPR. As long as it is clear that it was indeed shortened, you'll be fine. All the best.

So it's not the issue of sending extra docs will help rather the questionable diligence of the processing officers. I find that 'statistical study' insufficient. As i know from 60 individuals who took the oath with me, i'm the only one active in this forum from that group.
Does this tell that sending extras does not really help, as what others here are strongly suggesting? Imagine the level of frustration after 'the dump' but still you get the questionnaire.
You can bring it with you on the test&interview day. Keep it with you until that day. This is the problem of reading too much from this forum, you get some unwanted ideas. Well, there's nothing wrong with being proactive. But imagine doubling up your frustrations after sending extras with your...
