How to obtain transcript for WES assessment

I did my MCom from Annamali university under distance learning program. I want to obtain transcript for WES assessment. Can someone please share the process.

I wrote an email to university but no response.

Please help.

Why don't you call them up or go to the university and check directly with them?
They may not consider your email as a priority one. All universities has their own process to send transcripts for WES.
Or you may engage agencies like clear transcript (or much more, google it up!). If you pay them, they will do things on behalf of you.
