How to obtain humanitarian asylum in Canada

What are the conditions required to obtain humanitarian asylum in Canada knowing that I am from Syria and now I live in Iraq and the humanitarian situation is difficult and there is a danger to my life in my country Syria and I am a student of rights for a fourth year and I can work in the field of informatics and free professions and agriculture

You cannot apply to go to Canada yourself directly. Unfortunately the program doesn't work that way.

There are really two main ways to come to Canada. Each requires you to find a sponsor. The first is to be sponsored through a Group of Five sponsorship. This requires you to know someone in Canada (family member of close friend) who is able to find four other people willing to support your sponsorship. The second is to find an organization that is a Sponsorship Agreeement Holder (SAH) and is willing to sponsor you. Unfortunately most SAH organizations are no longer accepting sponsorships.

Otherwise you have to wait for UNHCR to resettle you. They will chose where you are resettled, you don't get to pick. Most people are resettled in the country where they already are.

1) They don't have to be family members or friends.
2) Either Canadian citizens or Canadian PRs.

Yes, they are all around 2.5 to 3 years.

Unfortunately you do not qualify.

It's mandatory that you already have refugee status in order to be sponsored through G5. You must be officially recognized as a refugee by either UNHCR or the government/state. See requirements below.

Thanks for your swift response, is there any other potential alternative ways?
I am entitled to Skill worked immigration, but my major problem is how to get a valid job offer while I am outside Canada!!
