How to obtain Certified True Copy from India

Hello Folks,

I am currently in US and I would like to apply Quebec through online . I came to know, they need Certified True Copy of mark list and certificate. Can somebody please suggest how to obtain this from India. is there any third party available or any other alternative way.

You should be able to get attestation of true copy from Indian consulate in US.
