How to obtain certified copy of marriage certificate in Pakistan

Dear Folks

I am the in the process of finalizing my application for Quebec skilled worker. However, as per new doc requirements, a nikah nama & its translation attested by oath commisioner / megistrate is not acceptable. My nikah was done and registered by a gentleman belonging to a mosque in F6 Islamabad twleve years back. Can anyone help me as where to get the copies the the nikah nama as well as its translation "certified" from. Any help shall be much appreciated.

I am not sure about Islamabad but I know how it works in Karachi.

Near the foreign office in Islamabad, there would be people outside who can type and print for your certified true translation form. then you get it attested from the officer in foreign office. Have your nic and your spouse nic for the officer to validate the information.
