I have been working in Canada for last 10 months since February this year but have not filed taxes yet. How can I obtain the two documents
Canada Revenue Agency T4 Statements of Remuneration Paid and Notice of Assessment (NOA) statements
If I don't have these documents that where can I mention the reason for not uploading these documents.
The short answer is you can't.

Your T4 will be issued by your employer after year end - likely sometime in Feb.

Your NOA won't be available until after you have filed taxes next year and CRA has assessed your filing.

Why do you need these?

They are needed in OINP PNP filing. The portal states

3. Canada Revenue Agency statements for any Canadian work
If you worked, or are currently working, in Canada, you must scan and upload copies of your Canada Revenue Agency T4 Statements of Remuneration Paid and Notice of Assessment (NOA) statements for any work experience you include in your application.

Isn't this an optional field? and by now T4 should be available and you can file the taxes.

Yes, with the recent draw for OINP we'll need as much points as we can. Last is 41 pts.

Do you have an idea how long is the NOA going to be available after filing tax on netfile for the first time?

I didn't have to as I never filed taxes yet.
Is the t4 enough to get the points for the annual earnings? Did you have to explain it to them that you have not filed the taxes yet hence no NOA? Sorry for the questions, I'm thinking if I can claim annual earning points without the NOA.

Its simple as that.
If you have the document for taxes, attach them. If you don't, then don't attach them. In the notes letter you can mention that you don't have the tax document. That's it.
