I am asking about this case
I have a visitor visa in Canada, but I havent tried applying yet since Im still waiting for the next school admission. But as I understand it, if you are in Canada and your planning to study in elementary or secondary, you can do within Canada. Unless you meet this condition, you are obliged to apply outside canada.
