how to manage pcc

hi

i am on H1B and currently i am in usa.
i have confusion that how to manage my PCC means

i have to give 2 pcc ?

one for USA
one for india (home country)

For usa i have to take from FBI and for INDIA i have to visit Indian embassy office in Newyork and they will send request to india so this two process will take approx 3 month time. so is their any way to reduce time or if i submit only one country PCC will it work?

other option in mind is
i am visiting india for one month on vacation so if i take india pcc certificate from india and after coming back i will take USA certification from FBI will this process is valid?

Hi

You must have both PCCs. There is no way to reduce the processing times. It's up to you to plan when to apply for them, keeping in mind that each PCC must be less than 3 months old when it's received by CIC.

Apply India PCC in your passport office in India , u will get PCC on the same day.

so its possible to take india pcc when i am visiting india and after when i will come back to usa i will take FBI certificate from here.

No. PCC required for age more than 18.
