How to make sure Express Entry Profile is active?

I have my Expree Entry Profile active and have a score of 428 but never received any ITA from any province. I have withdrawn my profiles many time and resubmitted but no luck. How can i make sure that my profile is active and is considered?

Why do you keep withdrawing your profiles? What are you trying to accomplish? If you submit a profile, it stays active for a year. What reason do you have to believe that for some reason it was spontaneously deactivated?

This was one of the tips shared by someone on this forum. Anyhow, it is now clear that this is not the remedy. Thanks for ur feedback.

428 is way too low for EE
