How to make strong Visa File to avoid Visa Rejection at UAE Canadian Embassy

Hello Friends!

I am going to Apply Study Visa at UAE Canadian Embassy

I am Engineer with 5 year Experience and got Admission in SAIT.

Can anybody guide me how to make strong Visa File to avoid rejection?[/color]
List of all type of documents as on cic website only few documents mentioned.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated

Hi nice name Para Bacha... sounds like paki??? yes here is the CHecklist of documents

you need to fill 2 forms Basically and rest if applicable

1- Application form [IMM1294]
2- Family Information [IMM 5645]

Para Bacha... I am attaching Orignal.... as I am going the embassy myself and i kept one copy of the letter also..... Experience letters should be notarise better.. I am keeping all my documents notarises..... my degree my experience letters my property papers..... for home ties see inbox!!!

my all documents get completed yesterday. today embassy wil be off and tomorrow sunday so for the safe side i wil go on Monday...!!! My application is complete i will submit on 15th March!!

Hi Para Bacha Today I submit my application and I was about to submit the orignal acceptence letter when the application avaluator give me back orignal acceptence letter telling me you will be needing this in immigration so they keep the copy.. thanks God i was with the copy!!!!

i have more queries if u can guide me.I am here in Kuwait working as Engineer from last 5 years and its really hard for me to get conditional offer letter from any company.For home ties how can i prove as my parents are living in Pakistan and i m here . Pakistani property papers i can show.How about your SOP if you don't mind then could you please share wid me as u have almost same case like me i have also 7 years practical experience.

Ok I will send u my Study Plan.... No Issues.. and about conditional letter.... if u went to pak and there is a stamp on ur passport of the exit and entry.... make a letter with the date.. try to contact any of ur friend in Pakistan... who si working same firld as urs... try to get conditional letter from them of the dates what was ur visit to pak..... hope u get my point.... Becuase the company where i was working free lance i talk to them and they issue me a letter to whom it may Concern and the contents are like if he will do the diploma from there we will lobve to have him here!!!!

Hi Para Bacha... Hope u are fine.. i send u a test mail on the id.. please check and reply back so that i can send u my SOP... but its better to get sop from people who already get visa... normally it takes 6 weeks to get aceptence letter and they send by regular mail..... as embassy accept photocoy.. because definately they will cross check with the college as they mention student id also... University/College normally send you a copy of the acceptence letter by email and orignal via normal mail... i still did not get the orignal which they send and my acceptence leter issue on 5th march..... so i arrange courie by my self who took the other copy of orignal set and they deliver to me.... Aramex.... If your college accepts you and send you the email including your acceptence letter.. you can attach that letter with your application because in any case they will cross check with college that rather you accept this person... so definately they will say yes..!!!

where are u at the moment Pakistan or UAE??? If in UAE go there by yourself actually they ask for photocopies because in any case they will cross check with the college... if u are going by yourself then keep one photocopy and confirm with them rather to submit a copy or orignal(I tel u my story but you should take the orignal with you).. because for orignal she said keep it with you because you will be needing it at immigration..(I think port of Entry) where they ask you what purpose took u here in canada and they see ur acceptence letter because here in embassy they give you visa and a letter which letter u have to keep with you and you will give it at the port of entry togather with your acceptence letter and they give you study permit at the port of entry.... study permit you will not get here in UAE canadian embassy.. they will stamp visa on ur passport and give you a letter. This letter u have to keep with you while u travel to Canada!!! because this letter will let u get study permit while showing them...

do u have any other email? or check ur junk email i send this test mail 4-5 days back when previously u mention ur id!!!
