So what happens once a health card is granted and a person moves to a different province? Do they get to stay as a member of the original scheme? Can a person just collect health cards as they move across Canada?
Also, if one has a drivers licence (let's say a british one or arguments sake) and has exchanged it for a provincial one in, say, ontario, what happens if they want to drive to British Columbia? Are they allowed to cross other provinces without needing to arrange licences in the transit states?
