How can my son a PR holder 18 year older, study MBBS 5 years in India and maintain PR... Will mother/father taking Canadian citizenship and showing student is financially dependent on parents help,? Any permission to be taken by Canadian education system that will help to study outside canada,?

1. No, there is no work around. He is considered an adult in most province, and he has to maintain his RO.

Why study in India? He don't want to work in Canada?

It's best for him to get his citizenship first, then he can leave and stay in Indian for 5 years or more or forever. And he won't lost his citizenship.
