Hi Maria,

It is definately possible to find a job in Canada. I suggest you try searching for jobs on
www.jobbank.gc.ca
www.monster.ca
www.workopolis.com.

It may be sometime before your efforts will yield results as employers in Canada are required to go through the lenghty process of applying for a LMO from HRSDC which takes anything between 1-2 months & once you have a positive/neutral LMO you would need to apply for work permit from your home country.

The LMO while it protects the Canadians it puts the temporary foriegn worker at a disadvantage as you may end up waiting for anywhere between 3-4 months after being recruited before you land in Canada.

Best of luck in your endeavour......

Looking for work is highly dependent on networking. Through online social networks the world is becoming smaller and smaller and people have contacts all around the world.

You can read more information on networking in Canada on careego.com

Other wonderful job bulletin board sites are: indeed.ca and eluta.ca
