You have to register with Job Bank and while registering you will need to use your EE profile ID and job seeker code which you can see when the EE profile is created.

Once this registration is done, then your application process is complete and you would be accepted in the Express Entry Pool

For now, yes. The system won't fully work atleast for the next few months.
 
but where can I find job seeker code ??

What do you think could be the reason I didn't receive the job seeker validation code on the pdf message I received?

the express entry profile number is on it but the job seeker validation code is missing. And it says I'm in the pool
 
please post the link where is prompts for EE ID and job seeker code.
I assume the login ID for EE is the same as EE ID for job bank.
 
how will I get the link to create job bank account.
