How to link GCkey to application for PR through online PR Portal?

Hi all,

i have applied to sponosor my 3 children, i applied through the online web form using PR portal online in Sept 2022 and i got AOR last week only.

i tried to link the children's application to my GCkey ,i have an old one, but i cant my kids application...!!

am i using incorrect compinations, as it gives you only 5 tries to link up the application, and there are so many options, like UCI + app number + passport or place of birth,

or u might use APP Number with last name...etc............NOTE: The children's UCI is mine, so they all have same UCI as mine but different APPLICATION NUMBER)

what is the best combination to link up the application to my GCkey.

i read that ,for new application, u cant use ur old GCkey and u need to make a new one..!!....is that true?

if i need to send IRCC some updated documents, how to send it to them, through web form site,


also shall i do it for the 3 seperate applications...since they have same UCI which is mine but different APPLICATION NUMBER
