Hi everyone, how to find out when the citizenship certificate was sent? can we check it online?

One measure is that when your file is marked as closed the certificate are mailed.

I don't know if this is necessarily true in all cases. For example my file was marked as closed on Sept 2 and I still haven't received my certificate. I also called yesterday afternoon and the agent I spoke to at the call center said that my oath form was just received in the morning yesterday which seems odd since I sent it 5 minutes after my ceremony on August 30. I think it depends on the officer and office but that is just my own opinion.

Fair point... thats what i tried to highlight above that its just a measure, it all depends how pro active Canada Post really within the province/city
