I did 5) only. It seemed to be sufficient. I'm not sure that they will respond helpfully to 4) if the published processing time has not been exceeded...4) Use the web-form to contact IRCC.
5) Contact RCMP to now if they have sent the results already. They are quick to respond, but afterwards you are not 100% sure that the mail containing the results was actually received by IRCC (maybe 99.9% percent sure).
