You can either:
1) pester the IRCC’s Call Centre,
2) order your GCMS notes, or
3) just be patient and assume that the system works, which it does almost all of the time.

4) Use the web-form to contact IRCC.
5) Contact RCMP to now if they have sent the results already. They are quick to respond, but afterwards you are not 100% sure that the mail containing the results was actually received by IRCC (maybe 99.9% percent sure ;)).
 
I am very grateful for your prompt response which convinced me and I hope that to be a new member of this group I shall learn a lot to our citizenship process.

I did 5) only. It seemed to be sufficient. I'm not sure that they will respond helpfully to 4) if the published processing time has not been exceeded...
 
I sent a webform to them to confirm. They came back a few hours later and confirmed that they had been received. I would recommend webform.

I got GCMS notes a little while ago and I could see that they got them and cleared them.
