You can include your spouse and children (under 22) as dependents in the application so that they get PR at the same time as you do.

You aren’t eligible for a self employment visa. As in the link, The visa is specific to self employed people in the cultural (artists, musicians) and athletic fields. Look at express entry - federal skilled worker program. you can be self employed to apply.
