How to know about case reaching to london visa office

AOA, every one i am new to this forum well i would like to ask some regarding my application i applied my spousal sponsor ship in 24 jan 2014.
when i have check the status of my application online it shows two notification which are:

your application is received on 24-01-2014.

your medical results have been received.

what does that means there no confirmation that my case or my file is transfer to london visa office.

how do i know that my file transfer to LVO.

Please help me to find my answer

That's basically all you get .. You won't see any communication from London unless they want something .I'm surprised you haven't heard anything from them. I would send an inquiry and ask them if there is anything they require to process your application. Hopefully you will get a response from London or just confirmation and piece of mind hat its there.
