I almost forgot! Yes, that is very true and I did translation work online for companies in my home country. You will have to file tax in Canada (and the country you make money in).

This is also a great way to entertain (or to be entertained ;)) if he/you like animals. I have 2 cats with me from back home and when I have no one to talk to, I talk to them. They are funny and even when I am feeling blue, they make me smile.
