How to inform Visa Office about our marital status change?

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could advise me in this case
I have successfully passed the immigration interview of Quebec in 20/June/2012. I have got married with someone in 13/06/2013 in Tehran Iran. My husband has Quebec immigration file (Skill-worker) with the file number in 14/11/2011 and he hasn't been invited to the immigration interview yet.
I would like to know what we have to do know?? How we can inform Visa Office about our marital status change????

Email them for the status change and then they will request for updated forms for further processing.

Canada closed its embassy in Tehran, Iran on September 7, 2012.

Visas and Immigration:

The Visa and Immigration Section at the Embassy of Canada in Iran (Tehran) is closed. The Visa Section of the Embassy of Canada to Turkey is responsible for processing visa applications for citizens and residents of Iran.

If you are citizen of Iran, or if you are legally residing in Iran, visit the official website of the Embassy of Canada to Turkey for information about visa and immigration services, to download application forms or submit an enquiry.

Please Note: The Visa Section in Tehran is closed and will no longer facilitate passport shipping from Iran to other Canadian Immigration Sections. When your application is approved and ready for visa issuance, the letter requesting your passport will provide all the information on how and where to submit.
