How to inform the visa office of marital status change??

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could advise me in this case: I applied in Quebec Skill Worker as Computer Engineer and I could get my CSQ number in 18/06/2012 with francophone level, 10 days later I got married with my boyfriend who he applied for Quebec Skill Worker but he has just File Number and he doesn't invite for interview till now. please help us what we have to do now??? and how we can inform Visa Office of marital status change form single to married.

You can write a letter to the Visa officer. please mention including your file number.

Let me see if I get this, you submitted a application for CSQ on 18/06/2012....and then 10 days later you got married.....and now you want to know how to update the CSQ application you submitted 18/06/2012?
