How to go about finding a job in Human Resource department?

My wife have just above 7 years of experience in the Human Resource role back here in India. When we move to Canada is there any specific course (and what will be the cost and duration) she need to apply for or can directly bag a job in the same field? Will any of her experience be considered in Canada or will have to start over? Please advice.

Look up CHRP certification (Ontario) or CPHR in other provinces. It will be helpful, not mandatory.
Her experience will be considered, but it is difficult to break in without “Canadian experience” so she might have to start at a much lower level. Keep an open mind to get your foot in the door.
