When you are login, under the poster's flag you can see the info below:

Posts: 20
Ratings: +0
[Good] [Poor] Click either one for "+1" or "-1"

I can't see Good or Poor under anyone's flag, don't know why? There are POSTS and RATINGS 2 headings only

I can't find it either. Wondering whether I need to reach a minimum number of posts before I would able to rate other users.
