How to get WES sealed envelope from IGNOU?

Dear all,
Currently I am facing a big challenge in getting my transcripts in a sealed envelope from IGNOU for WES. I did my B.Sc. in hotel management from IHM in collaboration with IGNOU. I currently stay in Bangalore but the IGNOU main center is in New Delhi. I have called them and sent few emails as well but did not get any response. I contacted the IGNOU regional center in Bangalore also, but no help. Someone said I need to travel to Delhi to collect it. Can someone please suggest a more convenient way to get my sealed envelope from IGNOU?

This is the only way. You will need to visit if that's their process.

I had contacted a service provider firm Mail Transcripts for my transcript. My transcripts was sent to WES directly by the university. I am quite satisfied with their services. They handled everything. I didn't had to visit university in person. They are worth giving try.

Dear all pls help me
I am totally confused about the mode of sending the documents to IQAS for ECA.
Can I send the photo copies of the original documents with out stamping of University/affiliated institute to IQAS my self ?
