You would need to apply for permanent residency through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry based on your level of education, skilled work experience, language test scores, and other factors:

Any sort of temporary visa (e.g. visitor visa, work permit, study permit) will not be approved due to your status in Greece. Applying to immigrate through an economic immigration stream is really your only option.
Also note that if you are a refugee in Greece, a refuge claim in Canada would be denied due to recent changes in refugee requirements. A previous refugee claim would make you ineligible for a claim in Canada.
