How to get sealed transcripts from karachi university????

Hi Members
I would like Pakistani members to guide me about the procedure of getting transcripts in a university sealed envelope? what is the fee? and what does transcripts include? if some one has done 2 years bachelors then year 1 and year 2 mark sheet separately? or just a one combine?

Hey,

In order to get a sealed envelope, you have to sign up at HEC website and make your account. Then through online request you would opt for degree transcripts either to retrieve or to be sent to WES (i.e. requesting a sealed envelope). Then they will give you an appointment date. On the date of appointment take a copy of your marksheet and degree they will verify and it certify it as a true copy and will give you in a sealed envelope. This envelope should then be sent to WES.
