I'm a highschool student hoping to go to canada for my undergrad as an international student but the tuitions are quite expensive there and scholarship might be my only salvation so I was wondering what's the requirement for scholarships? I have good academic record in my school and have a year to prepare for Ielts and SAT, if I manage to get good marks in SAT/Ielts will that be enough?

Scholarships at the Bachelor level are generally reserved for domestic students - very few scholarships are available for international students at this level. To have a chance of qualifying for what's available, you would want to have extremely high marks in your high school courses - however even this may not be enough.

FYI - SATs are not used in Canada. IELTS results are irrelevant for scholarships. If you qualify for a scholarship, it will be based on your high school grades.

Do your bachelor's from your home country with grades above 75% and than appear for GRE and try to get score above 325.
Enroll for master's in Canadian universities and may be they give you TA/RA.
Even if you get full scholarship, you still have to pay full fee before applying for visa. Dont lose hope, you can get loan for that.
Still if you have any questions, I will be happy to help.
