I live in Canada as PR holder, my brother lives in back home. He applied for visitor visa with his wife back in 2018 through a fraud representative which we found out later. They got refusal due to unknown reasons. We don’t know whether it was genuine general refusal or due to misrepresentation by the agent who did scam with us and we found out later.
I want to access previous data and reapply for his visitor visa. Kindlyshare if you know how to do it.
