HOW TO GET POLICE CLEARANCE

Hi Guys
I am applying for CEC soon, just wondering if I can use the Police clearance sent by my parents from India. MY Ielts test is on 26 May, so i cant wait to get my police clearance within canada as I have to give them my passport. So what i did i asked my parents to send me Police clerance from India and I received it. I am wondering if that can be applied with application. And
Also do I need any other clerance from here in toronto?

Yes, you can send PCC which you got from india and i strongly recommend to send canadian PCC as well in order to avoid any further delays. They can issue it right way. Good luck

guys police clearance certificate is a state specific or country specific . for eg. if a person hometown is in Punjab and stayed there for about 25 years. and he has moved to Haryana (Gurgaon_) and been working there for 4 years. so in that case he has to get PCC FROM BOTH THE STATES OR ONE WILL DO.IE FROM PUNJAB. PL REPLY SENIORS.

PCC is country specific. You need to get PCC from the place you are currently residing in India or last resided. Just one PCC from India will suffice.
