2.I have a new passport different than the one I was staying UK with, will I apply with the old one or the new one?
3.Your address history: While I was staying in UK I had changed my house 3 times,do I need to provide all of them?My current address is where I was living before and after UK.
Thanks in advance for replying to my query.

All your addresses in the last 10 yearsLifehack said:Hi
"Your address history - You must provide your address history for the last 10 years, including the dates you lived at the addresses. If you have lived outside of the UK for more than 10 years you will also be asked to provide your last UK address."
Do I need to put address after I have left UK. Even if I had gone for vacation for a month somewhere outside my country of Residence Or the addresses of UK only.
Thank you for answering my queries.

You need to provide all "residence address" of last 10 years, irrespective the country. So if in last 10 years, you have had 2 addresses in UK and 7 in your home country you'll provide all of those with the dates. I do not think vacation counts as residence, since legally you were still living on the address where your house is when you travelled, so your residence doesn't change. However, if you remember the details of your travel like dates etc specially if it is for extended period, you can add that. For further clarification you can write directly to PCC or call them. https://www.acro.police.uk/acro_std.aspx?id=51Lifehack said:Hi

So you need to put the address you used at home and your UK address(es). No need to put the Singapore address.Lifehack said:Hi
Thanks for your replies.I was staying in Singapore for almost 1 month last year.Other than that I had highest 10 days duration of vacation.
But my address of home was the same for last 10 years other than my study in UK for 1.5 years.

hello. Just one question. does UK pcc has dates mentioned on it. and if not, Is it ok for immigration agent?"In order to satisfy ACRO requirements, you application must be endorsed by an individual employed as one of the following or similar professions.
Your endorser cannot be your partner or a family member (no matter how distantly related), must have known you for a minimum of two years, and must be eighteen years of age or older."
https://www.acro.police.uk/Police_Certificates_Endorsers.aspx
Based on the instruction above there is nothing to suggest that your endorser must be in the UK. Some have successfully used endorsers outside the UK.
