How to get PCC from India?

Hello,

How do you get PCC from India? I was looking online and I found BLS India Canada website (sorry, not allowed to post links).

Is it correct? And how long does it take to get PCC?

My friend recently applied for his PR and he told me that he got PCC himself from India. Is it possible?

If you know somebody who can do it at your local police station or at your nearest headquater of that area, then its great , they can send that certificate to you by mail.

or you can also get from toronto. you need to apply with your indian passport and it will take 4-6 weeks, in some cases before people have got in 2-3 weeks.

If I ask my dad to apply for PCC in India, what kind of documents would he have to show on my behalf? And would it be much faster than applying in Toronto?

Easy way to visit a BLS INDIA location in Canada, Apply personally. You can book appointment online to avoid waiting or if you are in hurry go direct with required documents (Forms, work permit, photos, debit/cash) to one of the locations.

I applied from Brampton. I received within 3 weeks of time after submission.

Remember, if you don't put PCC with the application they will ask in the later stage of the application.
