how to get pcc from Australia ? urgent. please help

Hi Everyone. Got ITA from Canada. My spouse needs Australian PCC too, as he lived in Sydney for 4 years. The question is regarding document submission for Australian PCC. The list is very confusing. Along with copy of Indian Passport, what other 2 documents (Indian) can be attached for this purpose? Also which option to select in the checklist. Thanks!

I used a passport, utility bill and Telekom bill. Got mine in a few days.

Quick question even though we are asked about our email address. They are asking for mail address also.
Are they going to email the pcc or send by post. In India sending by post will take lot of time.

Can you please give some guidance over it.
