how to get pcc from Australia ? urgent. please help

hello everyone . my spouse got PCC request from Australia. she lived in Victoria . is there anyone who can help me and guide me about how to get pcc from Victoria Australia ? my spouse reside in India presently.thanks alot

she did not have a drivers license from Victoria. does she still requires traffic history check??

Yes. Ask them to issue a letter that she didn't have a DL in VIC.

I lived in Australia too for 3 months, Can you tell me how long did your spouse lived in Australia in total? How many days deadline CIC gave to you to submit Aus PCC?

she lived for close to an year , not continuous though. i guess we got the request because of the new rules on PCC . but still trying to figure out how to apply. we got 60days

Are you still having issues Baljas? I did my most recent AFP check in Sept, took under a week and had a relative scan it to me.

Please read the instructions that CIC provides, it will save you some grief. Applicants who fail to follow instructions are usually refused.

"Applicants who are unable to provide a Traffic History or a Full Licence History Search must provide evidence, issued by the Queensland and/or Victoria roads authority, stating that they have never held a driver’s license in that state."

Hi, I was studying in Brisbane , was there for 19 months and did not hold an Australian DL. Also travelled to VIC and NSW, that does not mean we have to get from each state I assume.

Can you tell me if you guys applied online, currently I am in India or through post, which one is better? I would assume online would be more efficient.

How much did you pay, there is also something as a fingerprint? do we need that as well as CIC link does not specify?

So please clarify that 2 documents are required
1 National Police Check from AFP without fingerprint? and
2 Queensland road authority stating no DL (that would be like on their letter head stamped & signed? and not required from VIC and NSW ?)

How long is this valid for as there would be some validity clause for the process

These copies would have to be finally scanned and uploaded on CIC portal

Hello, I lived in Melbourne for my Master's program between 2008 and 2010. I have received the APC. Unfortunately I have overlooked the license requirement mistakenly(I didn't have one). I have sent an email to the above address requesting a letter stating that I didn't have a license.

Unfortunately I have 20 days to submit my ITA application. Is it enough time to get that letter. Can they email me the letter?

Along with copy of Indian Passport, what other 2 documents (Indian) can be attached for this purpose? Also which option to select in the checklist. Thanks!

For Queensland and Victoria, you need to provide traffic history. They will outright reject you according to previous posts floating around here. Just get it done.
