COPR - Questions - Landing in Canada?

When I've got a "ready for visa" email, there was no option to upload anything in MyCIC account while they specifically asked me to upload a schedule A and passport copy. So I submitted my file through CSE, and included them in the envelope as well when I sent my photo to Canada House.

I recently got approved my EE from London so my case might help you to measure your time frame. Yes, you can as long as you have a passport in hand. However, double check if's still fine you come back to Canada as a current status when CoPR is already issued in their DB. It might cause an issue they see you as a new PR but you try to enter as a status foreigner.

    Kindly Help:Ready For visa Email

If there is no Indian address written in the letter you can send your passport to, then you have to ask CIC to transfer your PPR to the local visa office which in your case maybe New Delhi Visa Office? I did same thing to transfer mine to London VO and it took 12 calendar days to get a new PPR.

Hi everyone, Did someone use the Royal Mail Special Delivery for the return envelope on CoPR from LVO? I just want to make sure I don't need to put return stamp as they instructed on the PPR letter, wondering they are going to actually pay for the stamp or not. And any ideas how long does it...

Does CIC consider this as a layoff? Logically it is not layoff I believe. My benefit will be still covered by the company and my name will be still in the employee list.

Plz help: Should I accept the invitation with less than a year work experience?

Wait until it passes your 1 year mark then decline. If you immediately decline that ITA at this time, you may get another ITA before your 1 year. Although it doesn't really matter declining multiple times, you can save the very ITA to somebody else who really needs.
