how to get out from the reason of the refusal letter for closed work permit

dear users
i have applied for work permit for electrician helper job. i have submitted all the exp. certificates, education diploma certificates, bank statement. later i received an email from embassy regarding fees submission. i have sent that also. i had emergency in my home country india. my father was expired so i requested the embassy to process my case fast. next working day they send me an email about returning of the passports. next day they told me that they refused my visa with so many reasons
1 i am not fulfilling the job requirements.
2. purpose of the stay.
3. they are not sure that i will leave the country after my stay.
4. financial status.
5. authencity of my documents. how can i satisfied and fulfilled the requirements of visa officer. even i submitted all originals certificates and documents earlier with application

Really sorry about your Dad and the refusal on top of that sadness. 1 experience. Did you provide proof that you have one or two years experience doing everything required in the job posting. 2 purpose of stay. The officer possibly questions whether you really want a temporary job or have longer range plans in Canada. 3. Won't leave. You haven't provided enough proof of strong ties to home country and good prospects for future employment that would draw you back from canada. 4 financial. You haven't shown a satisfactory bank balance to indicate you are well established at home further strengthening your ties 5 authenticity of docs. Perhaps request docs in sealed envelopes from institution.
I suggest you order GCMS notes as these will give you a fuller understanding of what the VO was thinking. It will help you make your next application better. All the best
