How to get NOI for Ontario

My current CRS score stands at 435. I have not received an NOI for Ontario. Can anyone suggest if there is any procedure that needs to be followed to get this NOI. My profile was last updated in sept 2017.

You must be aware they select only from a few NOC..please confirm your NOC
