How to get military exemption certificate in Pakistan?

i need your help urgently,

today I got a email from Canadian embassy Islamabad and they are asking military exemption certificate.
does anyone have a any idea? how to get it?

What is military exemption certificate ?

They never asked any thing like this before to applicants from Pakistan !
