I am Vinod from India. I am a Civil Engineering graduate and have total 5(2.5 in UAE and rest in India) years of work experience in the relevant field. I am looking for suitable opening in Alberta, Canada rejoin. Pls guide me how to get job offer from any Civil Engineering firm in Alberta, Canada rejoin. If any website or anything for recruiting civil engineers(not a scam one) from India PLs drop it here.

Engineer is a regulated profession in Alberta. You can have job title as Engineer only when you got accredited by APEGGA. But you may be able to find technical jobs. Visit alberta.ca and click "jobs".
