How to get ECA for US University Degree from India

Hi Guys,

I am applying for canadian PR and I have a US degree. Now I have to do an ECA from WES for this US degree. I wanted to know how do I send this US degree to WES? Do I get it notaried and apostilled? or just notarized ? or ask my US university to send it to them. I am a bit confused with this please help
