How to get Dubai Police Clearance for non residents who residing abroad????

Anyonce can help to get Dubai POlice clearance for non residents. Iam previously resided for more a yrs in dubai and currently working here in alberta. I need to get dubai police clearance as part of my application for my PNP. Is there anyone know how to get clearance in Dubai by online or paper?

Do I need to get a set of fingerprints certified of the ministry of foreign affairs & the uAE embassy in your country of current residence, but the problem is i have no idea if there's any consukltae or embassy of UAE here in Edmonton or Alberta? Pls pls anyone assist me on this.

they said i have to get fingerprint first then send it to Dept of foreigh affairs & Embassy UAE in Ottawa for authentication and verification then has to send to Dubai UAE.. Is it correct or I can apply online as well?

You have to get fingerprint on your local police then you have to get it to notary public. Once you got the notary of your fingerprint form you have to send it to the foreign affairs in ottawa together with the cover letter stating what you really need to get it done and they are the one who is going to send it to the UAE embassy ottawa so you should have the money order for the verification fee and authentication and return prepaid envelop to your place. It will take 25 days from the foreign affairs then they will send it to uae embassy ottawa. Once you got the both autehticated and vferification it will come to you from uae embassy gthen those form has to send it to the UAE police station to obtain police clerance. It will more fast if you have soemone there to assist you instead of sending it to them directly by mail.... hope this information helps.

thank you Mumay1829 for the response.I already got the fingerprint and notarized it as well,also sent to Foreign affairs in ottawa,and received from them in 25days,and then I sent to UAE embassy in otawwa with money order and everything,but now it has been 1 month already and no updates about my application from UAE emabssy in ottawa.

I need some help and hoping to get some clarification regarding the police clearance.
Here's my situation:

I have a notarized photocopy of the Canadian fingerprint form, which Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UAE Embassy is willing to authenticate. However, I called DUbai Police to re-confirm the same and they tell me that I need to send the original form (notarized+authenticated) and not the copy of the form.

The problem is that as per Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, for authenticating an original fingerprint form, I need to get an RCMP clearance first. - Link to webpage - international.gc.ca/about-a_propos/authentication-authentification_documents.aspx#Criminal_record_checks

I'm ok with sending the original form to RCMP but from what I hear, they will send you a report with the details and only your right hand's fingerprints. If I send this to UAE, they'll obviously return it saying that they need the form with both hand's fingerprints.

My question to any helpful person here would if they can let me know if they sent notarized photocopy of the fingerprint form to UAE and if it was accepted there?

If not, how do I deal with the requirement of getting RCMP clearance first, before asking for a stamp from Ministry of Foreign Affairs?

I've been to 2 diff notary public and they refused to notarize the originals saying they don't notarize documents that they haven't witnessed in person. They only notarize photocopies. Will Dubai police still accept notarized+ authenticated photocopies if I send my original fingerprint forms (not authenticated) along with it?
