How to get CRS score more than 450 without a job offer and no PNP??

I have given IELTS and got band 7. I am 32 now with 11 years experience in telecom domain. My overall score is coming only around 350. I applied for lots of jobs, but no response for those. I discussed with few of my friends settled in Canada, they said without PR we won't get a job. Candidates who applied for Province nomination more than 1 year ago didn't got any response.

I assume people who already moved to Canada through internal job movement can get a PR easily. I am not sure how to score more than 450 without a job. I feel applying is useless without finding a sponsor.

Please clarify!!

Your best option is to increase IELTS score. You can witness a huge jump in CRS with the right IELTS. What is your IELTS scores?

With masters and CLB 10 you should be able to get close to that figure. Getting LMIA won't be difficult in you case.
