How to get CIC Mississauga to re-send a letter to me???? Help please!!!

Hi everybody,

I recently ordered my GCMS notes and it states that they have sent me a letter on may 21, 2015 via email requesting something.
Now I never received this email/letter.

Whats the best way to get CIC to re-send this letter to me via either email or hardcopy?

All help is definitely welcome!!

Send your VO a CSE or phone the Call Centre.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately it's not an official immigration document, but a request letter for a CSQ they have sent me. Normally if they could tell me what they had requested I wouldn't care so much. However to apply for CSQ I need to include a copy of the request letter from CIC. Therefore I need them to re-send this letter to me.

Nonetheless, thanks for the assistance! Much appreciated.
