How to get attested certifications from Osmania University for ECA?

Hi Folks,

I am a B.com grad from osmania university and would like to know the procedure to get the attested certificates from the university. How to get started and from which department? (from my college PGRRCDE? or exam branch or somewhere else)

I have to courier it to to WES/Univ. of toronto for ECA.

The link that you provided is very helpful. however if an input is provided as to which department in Osmania University to be reached so as to apply for the testimonials, that will be of great help..

Depends on the country and the University but usually it is the Examinations department in any University that processes such requests.
