How to get an Arabic PCC translated into English? Please advise

Hi All,

I have received a PCC, stamped in Arabic. But, the CIC instruction is that it has to be translated into English or French by an 'Sworn Translator'. Who is a Sworn Translator? How to find him? Is there any web to locate a Sworn Translator (Arabic to English) worldwide? Please advise.

1st you have to have the pcc certified & then translate in legal translation office .
