How to get again the receipt of online payment?

Hi,

I just finished my BOWP however the receipt payment is a bit abnormal. The picture of barcode and personal information don't show up. Not sure if it's browser issue. I used Safari.
Moreover, I don't see any Email this time.
Before I can get an Email and can see the pdf file in good shape.

I am wondering how can I get the receipt of payment again? Or what's the contact for this kind of issue?

Anybody had the same experience?

Just email Question@cic.gc.ca and put "Technical Question" in the subject line. They will answer fairly quickly with instructions.

I had some issues with the receipt as well. I don't recall getting an email of the receipt but I made a PDF copy of the doc. I am looking at the document and I do not see any bar-code.
Here is what my receipt looks like:
"X" (I think there is supposed to be something here. But some glitch happened and shows "X")
official Receipt,
on-line
ACCT - Complete.
Visa - $150.00
Card Number: 2 digits xxx and my last 4 digits
receipt number
1 letter and 9 digits
Another "X"
Date
date of Payment
Approved
Payer information
name (blank)
client date of birth (blank)
D-J
Did you get the receipt number? There is a number you can call: 1888-242-2100 and you can give them your receipt number.
Are you applying on line? If you are, this is the last step of the process and once you pay, you are completed. Hope this helps.

Thanks Ottawa10. Yes. Mine is the same as yours. No image No logo.
But with the receipt number. I guess it should be enough. But just curious why this time I didn't get an email. Previously I could see the logo/image and also see an attached pdf receipt in mailbox.

Also thanks Thisisuser. Do you have the complete Email address?

That is the complete email address. The forum formats is with extra spaces. "Question@cic.gc.ca"
